About Me
My Work
For as long as I can remember, I was always drawn to the kitchen whenever my mom would start preparing the meals for our family. There were 9 of us, 7 children, plus mom and dad. That was when I initially developed my love of food, and the joy of cooking. Today, I still tthank God for the food I prepare for the nourishment of my family's bodies.
Food is sacred, and this is why I'm so passionate about preparing, as well as sharing it with others. Join me on this culinary journey as I share 250 of my favorite recipes that I have created to show and share my love of food. Hopefully, this book will be as much of a blessing to you and your family, as it has been to me and mine.

There have been so many people, places, and life experiences that have inspired me to cook. One of my primary motivations for writing this book was my nephew Alex, who would constantly say to me "Auntie, you should write a cookbook with some of these tried and true recipes, so they can be passed down to future generations". Thank you Alex, and every person that has allowed me to show my love for you through food.
